Orkney Isles Preserves is a small family business based on the island of Shapinsay. In our converted “Bothy” we specialise in producing jams and chutneys using traditional methods and recipes which have been tried and tested through generations of our farming family. We pride ourselves on using only quality raw materials and where at all possible sourcing them from the isles.
